1. Product Information, Pricing, and Availability

• 1.1. Accuracy of Information: While Compu Zone Computers Trading – FZCO makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product specifications, images, and descriptions, We do not warrant that all information is complete, reliable, or error-free. The customer acknowledges that actual product components (e.g., brand of RAM or SSD) may vary, provided the performance specifications are met or exceeded.
• 1.2. Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, Compu Zone Computers Trading – FZCO shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. We will issue a full refund in such cases.
• 1.3. Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If we are unable to supply a product, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

2. Payment, Order Acceptance, and Cancellation

• 2.1. Order Acceptance: The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute Our acceptance of an order. It constitutes a confirmation that we have received your offer to purchase the products. Compu Zone Computers Trading – FZCO reserves the right to accept or decline your offer for any reason, including but not limited to concerns over fraud, product stock, or suspicion of resale.
• 2.2. Order Confirmation: Orders will be processed after bank transfer confirmation.
• 2.3. Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept the payment methods displayed on Our website.

• 2.4. Bank Transfer: 
• All bank transfer payments must be made to the company’s official bank account
• Orders will be processed after payment verification
• Processing time: same day / next working day

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the same bank account and Refund charges will be applicable if initiated by customer.
• 2.5.Card Payment:

Authorization & Verification

Pricing & Currency
• All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED)
• Any additional bank or conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer
Declined or Failed Transactions
• If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed

Refunds & Chargebacks
• Approved refunds will be processed to the same card used for payment
• Refund timelines depend on the issuing bank (usually 7–14 working days)
• Unauthorised chargebacks without contacting us may result in account restrictions
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud

• 3.1. Shipping Costs & Timeframes: Shipping fees and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Compu Zone Computers Trading – FZCO.
• 3.2. Risk of Loss (Crucial):The risk of loss or damage for products purchased from Compu Zone Computers passes to the Customer upon Our delivery of the product to the designated carrier. Claims for items lost or damaged in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.
• 3.3. Title: Title (legal ownership) of the products transfers to the customer only upon full receipt of payment and successful delivery.

4. Returns, Warranty, and Technical Goods

• 4.1. Return Policy: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to our detailed Return and Refund Policy. 

• Products must be:

  • In original packaging, sealed and unopened
  • All original accessories, manuals, and the product box must be included.
  • Products that are damaged or missing items must be reported within 1 day of delivery.
  • Products with missing parts or not in resellable condition may be rejected .
    
    

  Note: We kindly ask customers to pack returned items securely. If damage occurs during shipping due to poor packaging. Compu Zone Computers may not be able to accept the return. It's always best to return the item in its original packaging to ensure safe handling.

• 4.2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are generally non-returnable once opened:
• Software and Digital Licenses: Including operating systems, anti-virus, and games.
• Internal Components: Such as CPUs, motherboards, and memory modules, if the manufacturer's seal or anti-static bags are broken, unless the item is verified as Dead On Arrival (DOA).
• 4.3. Restocking Fee:Compu Zone Computers Trading – FZCO reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for items that are returned opened, used, or without all original packaging and accessories.
• 4.4. Warranty: All product warranties are provided by the original manufacturer. Compu Zone Computers Trading – FZCO acts solely as the reseller and will assist the customer in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims, but We do not directly provide the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

5. Limitation of Liability and Data Loss

• 5.1. Data Loss Disclaimer (Highly Important for Computers):Compu Zone Computers Trading – FZCO is NOT liable for any loss of data, programs, or confidential information stored on any product returned for repair, replacement, or refund. The customer is solely responsible for backing up all data prior to returning any device.
• 5.2. Limitation of Liability:Compu Zone Computers Trading – FZCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR DOWNTIME, ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our maximum liability for any product sold shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that product.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 6.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
• 6.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these T&Cs shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the law of UAE.
